Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As a former student taking lessons here, David and Oscar are very patient and gave great advice while I was learning how to drive. The workers were very nice people and I felt that they really cared about my growth as a new driver. Definitely recommend to try it out if you're looking to put your teen in a driving school.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We sent both of our teens to Student 1st Driving School. Their instructor David was punctual to every appointments-- and he taught and prepared my kids really well for their driving test. They both took 6 lessons and pass the test on the first try. We highly recommend this school.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Both my daughters learned through this school. We've had Oscar and David. Excellent teachers and I absolutely cannot recommend this school enough!!!
If you can request David, DO IT!!! He is patient and professional. I'm sure his chill personality also helps teens relax behind the wheel.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an amazing experience with this driving school from the start, the instructor was incredibly patient and supportive. He created a comfortable learning environment where I felt confident asking questions and practicing my skills. Oscar provided clear, step-by-step guidance, helping me navigate every aspect of driving, from basic maneuvers to complex road situations.
Thanks to their excellent teaching, I passed my driver's test on the first try! I highly recommend this school company to anyone looking for a driving school. They truly go above and beyond to ensure their students are safe, skilled, and ready to hit the road.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. You won't regret taking their courses! Obviously you should do some self-practicing after the lessons, but they really lay down the foundation for you on getting started on driving. Personally, I passed my driving test first try, and although most of my practicing came from driving outside if the lessons, having taken the courses from this driving school really helped me start with proper habits and basic intuition. Highly recommend for people who're getting started with driving!

My first time driving was with them, Oscar explained everything super well. 5 lessons and a month later, I passed my drivers test first try! Goated instructors, they adjust to your needs and wants super well, could not have learned to drive from anyone better!! Highly recommend to anyone with little/no experience driving!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'm generally an extremely anxious person, and David helped calm my worries about driving. He is extremely patient, kind, and personable. He goes extremely in-depth about the driving test itself and helps you get comfortable with the area before hand. I passed first try :) Would recommend to anyone who's looking to get their license.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I didn’t think there was hope for my daughter but thankfully they were able to help her. She now has improved tremendously and has so much confidence. Instead of giving me back to back heart attacks, I only have 1-2 😂 definitely bringing my daughter back for more lessons.

WHY CHOOSE STUDENT 1ST DRIVING SCHOOL?

Expert Instructors:

Our team is made up of skilled and experienced educators dedicated to providing top-quality driver training. Each instructor is fully licensed and has undergone thorough background checks to ensure a safe and professional learning environment.

Personalized One-on-One Training

We tailor each lesson to meet your individual needs, providing one-on-one instruction for maximum focus and efficiency. Our private lessons help students build confidence and develop essential driving skills at their own pace.

Hands-On Driving Experience

Our training prioritizes real-world driving scenarios over closed-course exercises. By spending more time on the road, students gain practical experience that prepares them for everyday driving challenges, ensuring they feel comfortable and capable behind the wheel.

Convenient Pickup & Scheduling

We make learning to drive easier with flexible scheduling and local pickup options for eligible students. Our goal is to provide a stress-free experience that fits into your busy lifestyle, making safe and responsible driving more accessible than ever.

Progress Reports

After each driving session, the instructor will communicate to the student and support system (if applicable) a progress report and plan of action. This personalized feedback helps learners stay on track, while the support system can monitor the student’s development and support their practice at home.

Vehicles Equipped for Safety

Our training vehicles are equipped with an auxiliary brake so the instructor can assist the new driver as necessary. This ensures the student’s safety and helps the student feel completely supported, increasing her/his confidence quickly.

Classroom on Wheels

Our vehicles are a classroom on wheels. Instructors provide learning tools, such as diagrams so that the students understand processes that will help keep them safe on the road. Other learning tools include a DMV test scoresheet so that students learn about the examiner’s expectations and how the test taker will be evaluated.

SINGLE LESSON

This single lesson is available for the teen that starts with another school but is dissatisfied with that school's instruction. He/she may transfer earned credits to our school and receive a certificate of completion. (Earned credits plus the hours trained with us must equal 6 hours behind-the-wheel in order to obtain the certificate of completion)
This single lesson is also available to the teen that has a certificate of completion from another school but was not taught properly and needs our help.
*Sign up for a single lesson to see the quality instruction we offer before committing to a package. (If you decide to stay with us, your 2 hours will be credited towards earning your certificate of completion)
*Some schools will not refund your money once you start your lessons even if you are dissatisfied.

3 LESSON PACKAGE

This package is best for the teen driver that has some previous driving experience and confidence because they started learning with their parents.
Because this teen is more confident and comes to the lessons with some driving skills, he/she will move through the curriculum more quickly.
This teen is looking to complete the minimum requirements to obtain a certificate of completion in order to take the DMV Road Test.
*It is not lawful to drive with an unlicensed instructor before the Learner Permit has been signed by a licensed instructor from a DMV certified school.

SINGLE LESSON

Note: As an adult you are not required to take a minimum amount of lessons.

The single lesson is for the adult that feels confident behind the wheel but wants to prepare for the DMV Road Test. During the lesson, the instructor will provide corrections if necessary, insight into the DMV examiner's expectations and also a mock driving test.
The single lesson is also available to the adult learner that is not ready to commit to a package until they see how effective we are as teachers.
The single lesson is also effective for the adult that has some experience behind the wheel but lacks confidence. The techniques and strategies we teach immediately increase a new driver's confidence.
The single lesson can be a proper 2 hour freeway lesson for licensed or unlicensed drivers that need to
learn that aspect of driving.

3 LESSON PACKAGE

*This package is best for the adult driver that has some previous driving experience and some confidence because they started learning with their support system (i.e parents, friends, family), but feel that they need formal and proper training.
Some adults begin their behind-the-wheel instruction with a friend or family member, but soon realize that they reach a point where their progress stops. This occurs for several reasons: the support system transmits their nervousness and anxiety to the new driver, the support system is untrained to analyze and then provide solutions to the new driver's mistakes. Soon the adult driver gives up.
Our instructors give you the proper techniques and strategies that allow you to stay calm and progress quickly into a confident, independent driver.
